

Gregg grew up in Anchorage, AK, graduating from Service High School in 1980. He's been working in the Alaska construction industry since he was 18. Gregg started as a specialty contractor in 1985, and mining in 1986-1990 at the Valdez Creek Gold Mine in Denali Alaska. His time mining involved mostly operating Heavy Equipment and Carpentry. In 1995 Gregg founded his general contracting company Pyramid Enterprises, since serving thousands of clients all over the state. In 2024 he brought on his son Sheldon and long-time employee Emilie as owners to form the revamped company now known as Pyramid Maintenance Management, LLC.
Gregg now oversees all bidding and estimating of Pyramid (the real brains of the company). He brings his endless knowledge and experience within the industry to better serve clients in our community.
Gregg is a father of three boys and husband to the most amazing wife, and mother, Julia Graham (Rest in Peace). Gregg is usually found at his lake house on Big Lake, enjoying fun times with his dogs, friends, and family.

Sheldon Moseley, a born-and-raised Alaskan, attended Colony High School and served in the Army from 2012 to 2020, followed by a stint as a Federal Police Officer. After his military and law enforcement service, he worked on national defense missions for the Missile Defense Agency with Boeing and as a network technician for General Dynamics Information Technology, supporting Alaska’s Defense Radars.
In 2024, Sheldon was invited to take on partial ownership of Pyramid Maintenance Management, LLC, stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) to streamline operations and drive growth.
A dedicated father of three boys and husband to Bethany Moseley, Sheldon is also an avid outdoorsman. He spends his free time playing hockey, bow hunting, and traveling the world.

Emilie was raised in Wasilla, AK. Graduated from Wasilla High School and immediately began working in the construction industry. She started in the Laborers Union following high-school and soon after for Pyramid Enterprises. After 8 years of working for Pyramid Enterprises, Gregg offered partial ownership to the company and since co-founded Pyramid Maintenance Management, LLC. Emilie is the Chief Field Officer (CFO); managing work crews, and oversight of all field operations.
Emilie spends much of her personal time at Music Festivals, riding jet skis at the lake, and enjoying time with friends and family.

Reuben also born and raised in Alaska. He started in the construction industry following his dad's footsteps from a young age. Reuben started working for Pyramid Enterprises over 15 years ago. He's got extensive knowledge in various areas of residential and commercial spaces having worked for gutter companies, solar/renewable system installations, and everything in between.
He was asked to come onto Pyramid Maintenance Managements team as the Lead Foreman due to his knowledge, and comedic relief when in the trenches - so to speak.
Reuben is a husband to Tristan; and father of one daughter - Kairi. He spends his spare time drinking beer, playing retro video games such as Super Mario, and attending heavy metal concerts
(mostly mosh pitting).
